In Oakland County, under the Employment of Record model, all directly hired staff are required to obtain First Aid, CPR, and Recipient Rights Training prior to beginning their employment. If other person-specific trainings are required, those requirements would be outlined in the employer’s Individualized Plan of Service (IPOS) and those trainings must also be obtained prior to beginning employment.
